
I have been lifting off and on for a couple of years, all I have been doing is gaining weight and dropping it. A broken scapula and a dislocated shoulder had put a halt on my training. A few months ago I was blessed by my doc to continue lifting. I have been on deployment for 10 months now,I have seen no significant gains or changes in my physique. I would like to put on size and be ripped as well but I dont know where I should start and I am tired of running myself in circles. Here are some pics of me now, any and all advice would be appreciated.
