Illegal Stuff or the Prohormones in Terms of Health / Results

Im thinking on doing a prohormone cycle becase ive been told that its less harmfull then stairoids is this true and if so based on what ive writen below what is the best one that works ?

Heys im training and ive been training for 1 year and a half and my weight is 76 and i want too get to 85kg Iwas thinking to use the ilegal stuf but first i would like to know if there is any prohormones that work to start off with befour i go and start with the other stuff im 20 years old now.

First of all: 85 kgs should easily be accomplished with proper training and food.

But the best solution remains: Food and iron. Iron goes in hand or on back, not in mouth.

Im asing for that becase every time i buy normal suplements they dont work i migh be buying the wrong ones could anyone give me some head ups about any that work ?

Meat works best for me. Pack your freezer full of it and you’re off to a great start.

If supplements dont work what makes you think you’ll be able to keep gains you make from steroids?

Steroids dont fix bad habits/poor understand of training and nutrition. They mask those shortcomings for a brief time period

Thats what i wanted to say protein and stuf like that im going to keep aside for now the pohormone stufe and i want to try the stuf that will not do me any harm like you said MrZsasz protein BCAAs dose the BCAAs really do anything or its just a waist of money ?

True statement!!! I once thought that just as long as I take in adequate amounts of protein, I’d get big and strong. Unfortunately, I was getting most of my calories from shakes. Your body needs whole foods. Eat as much as you can from whole foods and then supplement your diet with protein powders and such.

Your diet is the backbone of anything…you wanna get big, eat big. You wanna lean up, clean your diet up. Simple as that.
