x2, When my wife speaks up about someone being hot, its normally some scrawny guy that weighs about 150. She is 5-10, and weighs a bit under 170 herself, so I always ask why she would want someone smaller than her. She says she didn’t say she wanted him, just that he was hot. … whatever that is. I think it’s because she’s in the Cougar age group now, and likes looking at the mid 20’s set, heh. And they like looking at her.

Really? I have been laying off legs for a while cause my hip has a little tendonitis. In December I was getting 3 reps with 295. I am trying to get back to that.

Thanks Matty, man yesterdays workout when I was done had to lay on the garage floor for a good 10 minutes to catch my breath. That workout really was a full body. Calfs all the way to forearms are sore today.
