^ yes you could say I did chest, I used to do dips to finish off chest and tri’s but man my left shoulder cannot take it. So now I do narrow grip with the fat gripz so it really works the chest and tris. I did bench for years when I was younger, over did it really. So now just once a week, do some pressing. Does it seem excessive?
Wife is good, we made up yesterday and going out for dinner today. Most people would not think its a big deal but to my wife she just goes off the deep end.
I am out of the office today, so at home just fucking around. Mon and Tues I was in meetings until almost 10 pm.
Nah, not excessive, me just being a jackass.
After having both shoulders operated on I can dip until the cows come home, never have any shoulder issues.

Here is my sad sad story. Please feel sorry for me.
No vacation, Thursdays are for marketing calls, however this time of year sucks. Nobody wants to hear anything until January. So I figured I put in 17 hour days Monday and Tuesday I am will just take the day and chill. Hell I am on call 365 anyway so I take it when I can get it. While I dont own my own business like some my boss the owner wants me to run it like I do. So I hear you man, I also hope to make partner someday with everything I do.

DJ, nice work on the close grip w/the FG’s. 225 is a strong number. Do you think it’s helping more w/your chest or your tri’s?

No dont use straps. There have been some times when I am doing sets of 20 that I will use straps. But try to avoid it.

Actually both, I finish off with the 5 set of 10 to really kill the chest. But the close grip with the fat gripz which makes it a 2 inch bar really finishes the tri’s also.
