I suppose mowing the lawn is sort of like a prowler push. Especially if you let your grass go for a long, long time between mowings.

In Texas with our heat and humidity yes believe me you cant take it lightly.
How are things on the V-side of life? Any effect on strenght levels?

Not yet. Of course you know doing the 5-3-1 and decided to keep the maxes the same for a month. Could have gone up since recent maxes. I figure if they stay the same I am all good.
It is a weird kind of feeling. It has been 6 days and I have had my one regular meal last Thursday for a business lunch meeting. Had a grilled chicken/shrimp salad. Physically feel great I guess, DOM’s last a little longer than with regular food. You just get so mentally unfocused, I have to drink a shake at least every 3 hours or I really mentally get fogged.
Of course already lost the water weight, gone down a belt hole. But only lost 5 scale pounds. I didnt measure everything like it says to on the V-Diet, but I’m not a BB type more into the strength game. 22 days to go.

Okay been 7 full days, ate last Thursday at business lunch like I said above. So far:
Weight: 228 (I am sure 4-6 pounds of this are water weight)
Strength wise feel okay, this weeks lifts went as expected. Cravings are starting to subside but I HAVE to be away from the family when they eat. Seeing good food causes me to be physically ill. It is only 20 days left so I will get there. Energy level seems fine. I think I would stab someone in the eye for a steak right now though. ![]()
I’m impressed that you’ve made it a week.

HaHaHaHa, I was able to pull some pants out of the back of the closet I havent worn in years.
Okay is it just me or the older you get the more you really hate birthdays. Turn 37 today and I just really look forward to tommorrow. The past three years I ignore phone calls and delete emails unread by people wishing me happy birthday. I feel like a dickhead but I just really hate my Birthday.
Happy birthday!
Be happy you’re alive. The alternative to not having birthdays is much, much worse!
I’ll take being 37 again!

I think this year is worse, trying not to be a sour puss. I will be a grandfather in 2 months so that makes me even more grumpy.
