Okay lately with doing heavier dead my grip is sucking balls. So I ordered two of these from Elite the COCG 2 and 3. Something I can do at work. Plus I have farmers walk bars being made same guy who did my sled.

I have a set of those. They work well. I think farmers walks are about the best for grip, however.

That is what I have heard, that is why I have a guy making me some. But it will be a couple more weeks until I can use them. Also I have heard these can help with variation.

Okay we officially bought the new house. Today get to move all our stuff outside and the dogs to new house. Then got to work tomorrow, then Sat and Sun move ALL BY MYSELF. Sucks being in new town and not know anybody to help you move. Oh well, just a couple of days of cardio in the hot Houston sun.

Okay no way in HELL could I have done a leg workout today. Still sore from moving and I have to move again this afternoon and the next two days.

Garage still full from moving. I am also still very sore from the two 16 hour days of moving. I would hate to do this shit for a living.

Okay Garage is now cleaned out, when get home from work finish setting up gym. Have to legs tommorrow going to be gone next week on vacation.

Congrats getting into the new house. Setting up the gym will count as a workout. I hope you have airconditioning in the garage. I imagine it gets real hot down there in Texas.

I didnt have AC in the last garage. Summer is not bad cause I lift at 4:30 am, however winters suck balls cause it gets very cold. Back from vacation and have to get on schedule.
