I have a unique situation plus the wife and I are at the end of our child rearing years. Really only have one kid left and she is about to turn 16. So we kind of view the money we spend on the gym as part workout and part entertainment.

We would rather sacrifice eating out and spend it on the gym.

Again our area is not bad for us and we are friends with the owners.

Yea I think I over did it on the warm ups and why my hip got to hurting. But it was 39 degrees here and that always takes me forever to my knees warm.

Yea I am on #5 of training a new Physician Assistant at a Alumina plant down in Corpus. Fucking driving me crazy that educated licensed people cant fucking follow directions.
