^ I told you love first thing this morning you looked kind of spacey and out of it, probably the only reason I was able to get a better time. Plus I have been doing farmers walks with twice that weight and the RDL was a warm up weight. The shoot throughs was the only thing slowing me down cause with my shoulder to scared to get on it.
seriously as im posting this, darkness is clinging to my shoulder would not get off of me, even clawed onto me as i tried to push her off.

I have a smart phone but I work in a building that I cant even make a phone call. I will watch when I get home.

No man, we have just came to terms with it. Trio is coming to the house tomorrow, kid who made all my prowler etc. We are going to pull up the wrought iron fence that bifurcates my back yard and make a kennel out of it. That way we can open up the back yard and get the remodeling done.
I will just have to kennel him when people are over, he has started to chill out a little more. But if I go in the back he goes fucking nuts, maybe with Maya’s new job and schedule we can work him and he will calm down. Have to wait and see.
So tomorrow, have to drop 8 posts with a post hole digger and pour concrete etc. Should be fun in 103 degree heat.
