Happy birthday, shoulder!

Happy birthday, shoulder!
You should be pleased, you sure don’t train like you had shoulder surgery.
And from the pic, it looks like it should give you more problems than it is. You said that your best ever bench was 99 lbs, I’m assuming that best ever includes pre-surgery, right? Because you just benched 90# and that’s pretty awesome.
My grandfather got into a motorcycle accident and had to have shoulder surgery. He took a while to push himself with the weights again (time is in years, not months like you) so that speaks volume about your dedication.
You are my hero. Seriously.
Wow just a year with that shoulder! Amazing progress.

Hey we are twins ( OK, maybe not). I had that same look on my right shoulder :).
Happy belated shoulder day. You’ve provided a damn fine example of what motivation and determination can mean in recovery.
Congrats,
Keep on, keepin’ on.
Great squat day for me today. I haven’t had a raw squat PR in . . . well, quite awhile. I always seem to work up to a certain weight and then throw on the gear. But I’m staying raw for now.
Squat
5/45
5/95
3/115
2/135
2/150 Rep PR! 1 RM max to date was 150 lb. Here it is. Felt surprisingly light.
1/155 PR!
I had to work a bit for this. But I wasn’t totally maxed. I was really, really thrilled with this.
Sumo DL
5/115
5/145
3/5/170
I’m thinking I’m going to switch to sumo. My coach said my back was nice and tight and flat, which is not the case with my conventional pulling these days. I’m going to stay the course with the 3 x 5 accessory work after squats and see how far I can go with it.
Finished up with weighted hypers, lying hammies, and good girl/bad girls.
nice work on the PR
Good job on the PR.
Do you sprint or do Plyo-jumps?
Excellent job. Definitely more to come.

NICE!
Those squats looked great
I think it’s awesome that you’re staying raw too. You have great raw strength, no suits needed.
Nice squat PRs, wicked.
Nice work! Congrats on the PR.
Awesome progress with your shoulder
and very nice squatting
cograts on the PR.
yep, awesome!!
