Reviewing the vid, I guess I have some questionable depth issues but I feel like I am not folding as much as I have in the past.

Squats looked good to me. Your form is definitely very solid and you looked very much in control of the weight.

I like the waves you do. That’s one thing I miss about HP Mass.

Skwat-a-thon looks all kinds of awesome. As did those squats, very solid solid. (also the fact that you can see your muskles through baggy sweats is pretty freaking impressive)

James, thanks buddy. I took the wave loading idea from your log if you recall. For me it beats (or at least makes it more interesting than) strict upwards progression.

For me that’s 75 reps at decent weight.

Cholulalula, those pants used to be MUCH baggier. We’ll see what Frenchie suggests for my next outfit. Might show the muskles even more. LOL! On a serious note, squats feel WAY more solid since watching that video G1 posted. I just feel super tight under that bar at all times.

Low back a little stiff still from Sunday’s hamstring session (which I didn’t post LOL) but definitely getting better.

Diet/weight update. After climbing to 202 last week (and still eating clean), it would seem my body is fighting the urge to be +200 and I’ve slid down to 196. Same training (if not less volume). I even pounded back a small bag of mini Reese Peanut Butter cups last night.

So upwards and onwards I go with food consumption. Looks like it might be a full on food blitz until end of March.

Ahhh, the mini peanut butter cups. Eating those musta been hell…
