Gee Todd, that’s such a CUTE avatar!

Stupid Strong.

I basically got under the bar, squeezed the bar, got into position, pulled the bar out and tried to separate the bar on decent and ascent
Honestly, benching cues never click for me, but this makes sense. Thank you. And thanks for the pancake concoction recipe. I love hearing about BB’s diets.
I was the same way (and I’m not going to even begin giving bench advice) but found that once the bar felt the same as 135 and 185, I pretty much had it right (I think LOL).

Crazy. Crazy. Busy.

Switching up splits to target arms for 4 weeks.

Tonight was Chest-Tri’s.

A. Incline DB
12 x 80
10 x 85
8 x 90
6 x 95 (help with last 2 reps)

B. Bench
6 x 6 x 205

C. Machine Flyes
3 x 15 x 160

D. Fat Gripz Rope Pressdowns
Bunch x Bunch
**at this time I don’t really remember reps or weights

E. HS Dips
Bunch x Bunch

F. CG Push Ups on SM
Bunch x Bunch

Bench felt good. Tri’s are nice and sore now. I’ll wave load the next bench session (should have done that tonight but alas I forgot). Something like 8/6/4/8/6/4 would be good.

I’m behind, that’s one hell of a lunch bag. Does hauling it around count at some sort of NEPA?

Are you lifting twice a day or just two posts for today?

Weird. The other post was from Saturday.

Training once per day.

And yeah, hauling that lunch bag around is like sled work.

You’re a time traveler, add it to your list of awesome skills.

Dude, I consider hauling my bag around oblique work. One shoulder about 15lbs all day, it ads up.

I get all geeke dout when I see somebody pressing the 95s for more than singles. May I be your fan club president??!

Uh yea, 6x95 is insanity.

bunchxbunch

hey, that’s how I count too!

B. Machine WG Pulldowns - 3 x 8
C. 1 Arm BB Rows - 3 x 8/arm
D. CG Cable Low Row - 4 x 8

Done before you, cause I did nuthin. Better than I there…
Lazed out last night; make up tonight. Nice work yesterday, bro.

How do I get so far behind on these good logs. Gonna try those pancakes, wonder if they’d make a good waffle? Also you can buy oatmeal pancake batter, not sure what else is in it, just saying.

Hey tyr, thanks for stopping by!

dday, I am sure they would work for waffles. Oatmeal isn’t hard to make. Boil water. Add to Oats. and I don’t feel like I am cheating.

Today was Shoulders/Traps/Calves/Abs

A. Reverse Machine Flyes
B. Seated DB Press
C. HS OHP
D. Seated DB Laterals

Thanks buddy. Means a lot coming from you.

I’ll look at doing a historical look back at the last year. Man, and it hasn’t even been 12 months since I flipped the switch.

I won’t run. It’ll make my legs smaller.

+1 to what Matty said. You’ve definitely come a long way in a short time. Serious dedication in here.

Matty put it really well, so I’ll just second his sentiment. The strides you’ve made in such a short time are just awesome.
