Piling on the mass! I notice significant growth in your back, but everything’s getting bigger and stronger. So many people here have greatly succeeded doing focused, minimalistic workouts that I’m about to give in and try it too.

Getting to train is me time which is why I’ve hit it fucking hard as of late. It’s been a sanctuary from home life which is insane thanks to lockdown and toddlers.

Do you ever get to Cali and have the California burrito from a taqueria? I am lucky in NorCal where we have awesome taquerias on every corner like the rest of the country has Starbucks. My favorite food of all time - for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
