Hey, i wanted to get your opinion on something.
So i found this video :

And i need a challenge to keep me motivated for cardio.
I wanted to ask you - what would be the best way to train for this? What intervals, sets, reps? Maybe its a good video idea, and you can make a video about it, giving some tips on how to be as awesome as this dude :smiley:
