Strong and Conditioned (ChongLordUno)

Saxon? That’s more England mate. That’s an insult worse than death to the Scots (also Welsh).

He’s Celtic. The Celts were the wild people in the north and west of Britain and Ireland.

Arm size is looking great. What are you around (no pump and no flex)?

Fun history nerd fact, but there’s speculation that many Celts share Scandinavian (viking) heritage as a result of the early pre-cursor of vikings having traveled far and settled into the area. Which would explain the shared bouts of sheer brutal berserker insanity.

Im not an expert and i dont want to google now just to look smarter, but from what i know, most viking influence started a bit after celtic people were already considered crazy fuckers.
Saxons had the gold and the stuff. Scottish and Irish people were still on the wild side, so vikings wouldnt care that much for their stuff, but then again, of course - SOME interractions were always there and way before.
Fun fact also - vikings went to America way before it was America. There are lots of viking stuff found in native american territories and there are lots of viking writings found describing wild native american people.

Is that also Scottish or Scotts are different kind also?

Celtic is a catch all for Wales, Scotland and Ireland. So all Scots are Celts. But not all Celts are Scots.

Yeah they were. They used Iceland and Greenland as bases and kept going over.

Not at all mate. Your post regarding the essence of true HIIT inspired me

Thanks for the tag. I really hope you don’t expect me to try this? I looks pretty mental.
I’m not sure I’d get past 4 rounds before I flaked out.

Just in case I do try it.
10 normal burpees
10 empty squats
10 navy seals burpees
10 star jumps?

I honestly don’t know mate. My arms have been lagging as of late

I’d be honoured if you tried it mate

Mate with our coming over all odd (this is a physique forum after all) I think you’re looking pretty good.
You look athletic AND strong. And your arms don’t appear to be lagging to me.

I think this should be a motto “we get our work done”.

So true. Just get it done

They might be kind but they are not untrue either.

I’m thinking later in the week for this work out. I have a strength session to fit in. But this on the list. To save me from watching all the way through - how many rounds did you do? I’ll half this as my goal LOL

Now and again I throw in some barbell work however it’s mostly conditioning

And you goal is to gain as much muscle as possible while doing circuits and walrus type of stuff, yes?

Pretty much however using a variety of methods

Paul Carters 350 method for traps, triceps, biceps and quads

Barbell work namely squat and ohp, trying to hit 100 reps within 10 sets before increasing weights

Navy sea burpees for chest and conditioning

CVP, walrus training and burpee routines for conditioning

High rep chins for back

That’s pretty much my go to methods
