Taking the day off
Got a root canal done which was one of the most painful experiences of my life for some crazy reason
Worst of it was my wife was the dental nurse and had to watch me screaming in pain like an absolute wimp
I’ve been using a high frequency based routine in an old Chad Waterbury article (“more muscle in 10 minutes a day”) that includes strength circuits that can be done in 10-15 minutes (kb swings/one arm push-up progression/pull-up, goblet squat/handstand push-up/one arm recline row, reverse lunge/dips/recline row with 2-5 count hold). It’s based on needing to do short training at random times, so may suit your training.
