I’m a frequent sauna goer, I don’t mind sharing the hot tub as long as there is enough space. ![]()
Now there’s a man I’d gladly share a bath with
Absolute legend from when men could be real men. I have such great memories of watching smokey and the bandit and the cannonball run at Xmas time.
I’m going to pretend you’re referring to me and I’m honored. Don’t make me do burpees though (in any context!).
Exactly mate
A man’s man.
Cannonball Run. What a classic
wtf…
No arguments there.
And if I am the last person on tnation, I will not give in to the pressure. Even if it’s just out of principle.
You would have to get more specific.
It is probably because you are doing more than 5 reps. ![]()
Happy Hogmanay mate. Hope you and the family have a great day.
That’s new year mate
It’s not even Xmas day yet
All the best to you ya big sex pest
Lol got to get in early, i am expecting Alzheimer’s for Xmas and won’t remember. What a twat !! ![]()
Merry Christmas you hairy motherfucker
Merry Christmas buddy
I did 177.5 lbs today, which is a lifetime PR, using 5x5 bench once a week and 4x8-12 incline db press once a week. Based on simple linear regression, I should get to 225 in around 52 days.
/s in case it’s not apparent.
Gday ya giant beef sausage hope you are feeling good and ready for your big number on New Year’s Day.
I wanted to ask a mental training question cause I know you will have something to share. As you may have picked up from my post or YT comments, yesterdays session pissed me off. I have a fairly big engine so doing higher rep burpees at slow pace is hard but I can keep going. But when I start to increase the pace that is where it start to get inside my head. I have to find a way to stop myself from taking unnecessary breaks and to just keep going even when my lungs feel like they are turning inside out. I would love to know your thoughts on this and how you silence the voices.
