Working my way through it now. Good stuff.

Only initial/technical feedback I can offer is the huge volume discrepancy between you and the other dude. Not sure if it’s your close mic, if he’s whispering, or what. Anyhow, I set the volume so I heard your side and basically missed everything he said. (LOL, of course, literally as I’m typing this, you just mentioned why you’re wearing the headphones. Ha.)

Also, Reddit gets a mention by name and we’re “an Internet forum”.

Other than that, seems like a really great intro to you and your mindset.

Thanks @Chris_Colucci . Really appreciate the feedback, especially from yourself

Apologies for the lack of mention. I’ll rectify that as soon as.

Yeah my earphones were hastily borrowed from my son. On the plus side, even my wife was impressed and had said I should buy some equipment for the podcast :joy:

Great job on the Podcast, brother. You had some quality words of wisdom and were able to keep it interesting for the entire time. The volume of the host’s voice was a bit low at times, but your was loud and clear. I related to the part (near the beginning) where you talked about working out and training as becoming something that felt you had to do rather than something you did for health or enjoyment. I’ve crossed that bridge lately, where I’m prioritizing both training and activities that enhance my overall enjoyment of life. I know burpees, in particular, sparked a new-found interest on your end, and I’ve had a few of those discoveries myself over the last year.

I also related to the part where you said you were held back from really putting yourself out there and promoting what you’re passionate about because you were worried about what others would think. I think many of us go through that. But only by doing what you’re doing now will you inspire others. Keep it up, man! Nice work.

Hey Chong, I listened to the first 25 minutes while driving in between jobs today. Really liked the format and what you guys discussed! I’m not a burpee head but I can appreciate listening to people who have passion for what they do- sounds like you’re killing it dude. I’m going to try to get through the remainder in the next day or two.

Any plans on doing more of these?

Got through the rest of the pod cast interview tonight. Really enjoyed it mate. I loved your thoughts about mind set training and the benefits of this type of training. Made me think about how little of this I have done since I gave up running.

Had an opportunity today to listen to the podcast. Liked a lot about it, but man, you should really consider becoming an audiobook narrator. Looking forward to the next one!
