1000 REP WORKOUT

This was tough going.

20+ rounds are a slog and a half

Got it on video as well but genuinely too tired to upload it :joy:

And I know with certainty I cannot count that high.

Good gracious, my man. What were you thinking!?!

Really Nice Work.

To be honest @SvenG I told my wife I was going to have a quick workout because I felt quite tired……

You know how this one ends

Man, your burpees just look robotic. Just smooth and controlled the whole time, which has gotta be tougher than the just throwing yourself to the floor. Seriously impressive. Not sure if it’s been addressed before, if so my bad, but what led you to training like this? The crazy reps, huge body weight focus and just insane time spent on conditioning?

Basically a combo of tactical barbell, the @T3hPwnisher log and Iron Wolf my man.

Just took it from there

Not sure what I find more impressive: the beard or the burpees. Definitely going to give some of these a try though!

I love that your attitude is to ā€œjust f*cking crush itā€ every time you workout. I need to incorporate some more that into my workouts. I am getting better about pushing the intensity but ā€œtraining through the painā€ is sometimes still difficult.

You’re right @cyclonengineer my man. It is difficult and it doesn’t get any easier

However the mental gains are insane. I really recommend folk go all out on the conditioning for a few months. It will give you a new perspective on lifting weights and allow you to truly smash that shit

I don’t know if I will go all out conditioning but I am planning on getting some kettlebells for my birthday next month and doing a 3 day hypertrophy, 3 day conditioning type split.
Best part is I get to up the food intake a little.

Checking in, and seeing that 1000 rep workout. You’re absolutely mental, but in the most glorious way.

Go for the Guinness World Record on burpees! It’s ā€œonlyā€ 879 in an hour. Set recently by Nick Anapolsky. If you do 15/minute for an hour, the crown is yours.
