Lmao!!I guess on my end of things Iam just being selfish. The more you gents discuss aas the more I learn,I wasn’t thinking of how you all felt about it.It must get mundane discussing cycles for newbs.
Thanks Cortes, I thought you were on that trip you’d been talking about which meant cycle time, thats why I was wondering. I’m really looking forward to following your progress if you update.
/Hijack over, sorry Tone.

I agree.
I have said this before but I think it bears repeating. When I look at Randizo’s thread (following advice of vets) and compare that to Jake’s (trying to convince the vets he knows better) it is so glaringly obvious what a big difference it makes. One guy is enjoying fantastic results and the other is making a giant clusterfuck of things.
To all nebs that are reading this take note and burn it into your memory. Listen to these guys when they are trying to help because they are really trying to help. They know better than you do. They have done this before and are simply trying to help you avoid mistakes that they made or have seen made by other newbs 100 times over.
Personally I couldn’t make it past a page or two of Jake’s thread. The guy is an idoit and shouldn’t be doing juice.
I stopped paying attention when I realized he wasn’t going to do his original super-duper cycle. That surely would have been a dumpster fire worth watching.

Precisely. Which is exactly why I usually seek out this type of member/thread and try and help. In this case for whatever reason I didn’t notice the thread for several days and it was already well over 100 posts by the time I read it. I try and help everyone I can. We must realize some people can’t be helped. That’s why you don’t see me with a single entry in that thread.
That thread should be renamed “Exercise In Futility”.

It’s a shame really, all those quality posters and some VERY patient guys like World, all for naught too.

I wouldn’t say it was all for naught. He at least saw the light for a few weeks. Granted, I hate the bastard, but do need to give him credit for having the little discipline it takes to follow a good routine.
The beauty of those 2 weeks is that he will finish this cycle, realize he has accomplished nothing, probably made his physique worse and gained no strength since he kills himself in the gym when he actually goes, takes 3 days off in between workouts, be a bigger fat, slovenly fool than originally, and then he’ll think to himself-- “I sure wished I would’ve listened to those guys, now I need to see a plastic surgeon to give Pam Anderson her boobs back.”
I also made a decision about him recently. He this little problem with changing his mind constantly, kind of like a woman, and I bet at some point he’ll ask me or someone else for help. Probably me though, since he holds the belief everyone else gave up on his dumb ass. Well I decided when he does I will have to deny him.
You all know I don’t deny helping folks out much, if ever, but this is definitely a special circumstance. The inconsideration and disrespect he has show those who are simply looking out for him is not only disgusting and wrong, but plainly just pitiful.
To steal a line, paraphrased of course, from one of my favorite movies (who knows what it is?) this is my opinion of him right now, “He’s a puke, he is the lowest form of life on earth. He is not even a human fucking being. He is nothing but an unorganized, grabasstic piece of amphibian shit!!!”
World

R. Lee Ermey
That’s everyone’s favorite movie or at least on the top ten if you’ve ever taken a poke
That movie is the fucking greatest!!!
I actually got to meet him when my unit was training out at the stumps. That dude is a badass and one of the funniest individuals you will ever meet, so if you get the chance, be sure to shake his hand.

I dont mean to be an asshole or to be disrespectful to anyone or this forum. The main reason I stray away from this forum is threads like that and dumb fucks like jthrilla. I think some of you gentlemen give to much importance to certain posts or threads. There are other members that are willing to listen and learn about aas. After all this forum is for that purpose and I feel like alot of times thats not whats being discussed.
InTheZone no offense to you but you fueled alot of that thread and know you’ve started this one.Your a very knowlegeable individual but that doesn’t make sense to me.[/quote]
What??
Bullshit. I initially knew he was a goner and only chimed in with a very few helpful attempts AFTER some of my very well respected friends (Bushy, World), made attempts to keep helping him. I went back every now and then and was pretty disgusted but only out of respect to my friends who were helping his dumb ass, did I keep from saying negative comments for the most part, and actually trying to be positive with the tool.
Once he went back to dismissing all the people who had actually went ahead and helped him even when he looked like a complete ass, THAT’S when I went back to my original attitude of him being an ignorant waste of time for everyone and told him so.
Get it right buddy, I was thinking right from the gate that he was lame as hell and wouldn’t take advice appropriately.
No offense,

I figured it out dude.
I think you came in late to the party, Jake had another thread which he started first. That one is history now. That is where I told him he was a fucking asshat and needed to get real. By about the very end of that one is when said douschebag began to listen to my friend World.
At this time he was instructed to begin a new thread since he was very close to starting his proposed cycle. See?
This is why I seem positive and actually was with him on the start of this one. We’d already been through a huge amount of bullshit prior to this newfound “intelligence” that he aquired allowing him to “listen” to experienced guys like World. So that’s the full explanation.
You don’t know this because you obviously didn’t read his first stupid ass thread where he listed all the dumb shit he likes to eat on that stupid diet of his, and had all kinds of dumb shit going on while his cycle was literally miles and miles away from even starting.
So, there you have it.
Please retract your incorrect assumptions of me at this point mang.

Glad to see this tread I knew something like this would pop up. IMO guys like Jake shouldn’t be allowed to reproduce but then again he probably wont be able to after he fucks himself up.
Crashball
My responses to Lu79, who inferred that I was a flip flopper, and was gung ho for the Jakester at first, then turned on him, are back on page 1 now. Please check them out if curious. I want my name cleared Lu79, so feel free after you read my explanations of what REALLY transpired.

Sooo did anyone think to email Justin to tell him what a bad rap his trainers are getting? I mean if the guy is telling a fatass to eat 700+ grams of carbs a day there is a problem. Let alone high carb and fat meals for someone with those love handles.
Plus his numbers are BS in my mind. 102 pull-ups and a 275 bench? Ha
