Quick history, in January I was 260 lbs and about 25% BF, fairly strong but by no means in good shape, I am current 212lbs, 12% BF and looking pretty good compared to in the past. That being said, in the last three weeks all of my lifts are a struggle. I am currently taking in about 2200 Cal. and less than 100g of Carbs per day and have been doing 5/3/1 for the last 6 months with great results. Recently (last three weeks) I have lost reps and weight on all of my big lifts and am wondering if thats just going to be a reality of getting to 10% or if this is something I should be really concerned about, and if so, should I be dialing up the calories by a couple hundred? Any help or opinions are appreciated
Energy is required to fuel the exertion of lifting, and much more is required to repair the damage and actually increase strength. Having a low calorie diet has the (pretty much) expected effect of decreasing strength, at least over time.
The decision to alter your calories is up to you, it seems your weight loss has been going great, so decide which is more important, strength gain or further weight loss.
Obligatory, make sure your sleep cycles are fine, your nutrition isn’t getting lazy (happens with a few people on weight loss diets, they meet cals and macros, but from worse sources) and that you have enough rest days to recover. I doubt it is those three, but they can adversely affect strength levels outside of caloric intake.

and sometimes the body just gets used to a system and needs to be “shocked” w/ a new workout routine… have you been following the same program for 11 months? Switch it up.
