Strength Cycle

Any advice on what would be the best strength cycle. I compete in 2 strength sports, and need to improve recovery and maximal strength. I will add that I am 37 yo. with 20+ yrs training experiance. The body is just not responding like it use too.

Was not asking for someone to write me up a fucking cycle! just suggestions or past experiances. If u dont want to read this, dont respond, very simple. I dont regret “sweet fuck all” when it comes to posting on forums,which I rarely do because of stupid shit like this.

So you want to increase max strength and improve recovery?

Use AAS.

Now do some research. If this is your first cycle, by poking around this forum for a couple of hours or so, you should be able to come up with a cycle plan that’s sufficient enough not to get flamed.

What strength sports? Do you need aerobic capacity? For instance for Powerlifting I’d say tren. However, anything MMA or even strongman where you need cardio endurance too tren might not be best.

When you say the body is not responding are you implying you have recovery issues? If so than GH or GHRP6 might be better suited for you.

You kinda need to give specifics to get specifics

Every single post you make is exactly like this. Obviously the huge majority of people need to do more research. He had a very simple question. All you had to say was “trenbolone, anadrol, dianabol and masteron are common strength drugs, look into them and come back with specific questions”. If you are too lazy to help it’s better not to post.

Ok, I will man up and apologize! I have done alot of research, but sometimes I feel speaking w/ lifters who have been in trenches to be the best advice.

I compete in strongman and olympic lifting. Recovery is an issue because of age,injuries and very busy lifestyle ((family/business). My training experiance is vast, and up to this point drug free. I train hard despite outside interferences.

Both sports compliment each other when it comes to training prep, but need that maximal strength “kick”, anaerobic endurance is good.

Current physique stats are 5’10 215-220, anything over 105kg/230lbs will put me in the super-heavies for both sports. So 10-15 pound increase is ok or I just sweat down if need be.

I will look further into previous posts, but on a time constraint.

Well there’s you’re probably Oly lifting is anaerobic and makes tren ideal but Strongman isnt.

Honestly though some guys can pull off the tren and do strongman. You never really know till you try. Bonez217 gave you a good list of compounds to choose from. At some point you need to bite the bullet
