Another really good sesh… I’m particularly pleased my bench progress, might use medium to higher reps on bench as more of a long-term progress strategy

Really, really good workout…tweaked neck while struggling on ohp, but other that, really good…everything now (apart from row numbers) is pretty much a PR

Bench press: 123 x 5…had to stop at 5 reps, shoulders felt really tight, like they were about to explode! Might have to scale bench & ohp training back to just twice a week…DAMN IT!!!

Somebody was using the leg press today so I took it as an opportunity to mix things up a bit…

Leg extensions, 5 sets, went up to 105 x 15

Again, today since this week since I’ve tweaked both my neck & shoulder I mixed things up a bit…
