Did a circuit of chins, band stomps & glute bridges x 4 rounds
Squat: 62 x 5 x 10
5 sets of chins
1 mega set of band stomps & straight leg band push downs
First training sesh in a month after tweaking back…did:
8 sets of chins & 3 sets of resistance band pull-overs & rows for lots of reps.
Feelin pretty good, will train legs in a few days time if my back still feels ok.
squats: 62 x 5 x 10 + some hamstring stuff & glute bridges
OHP: 62 x 17, 12, 10
Bench Press: 62 x 25, 15, 10
8 sets of chins + some resistance band rows
