Stinky Sweat

I agree, its good stuff. I found it at Walgreen’s which is a large East Coast chain,

How clean are the foods that you’re eating during your bulking phase? I’ve noticed that I can barely smell at all if I’m eating pretty cleanly.

Also, get this deodorant: www.thecrystal.com. Best deodorant around. Get the Spray. YOu can either order it from their website or some healthfood stores carry it. You’ll thank me.
What kind of supps are you taking?

Drinking more water is a very good idea.

Gees, thanks guys. I’m starting to get these hairs on my balls also…what does it mean?

My sweat has changed smells. I went from normal stink to “holy crap, I smell bad”.
It’s caused by your body being overly “acidic” because of the high amount of protein intake.

You might try to balance this out with a good green drink such as Green Magma.

This is very common.

I’m eating very clean, very clean. The smell isn’t just from my pits. I can smell it on my shoulders, chest, back. It’s not body odor, it’s just my sweat.

Your body odor is from your sweat. People who take in a lot of protein and excrete the waste products through the skin can often have that ammonia smell. My sweat doesn’t take on that characteristic unless I am dieting and my protein intake is significantly higher with lower overall caloric intake. Even then I only notice it during cardio. In other words, how “clean” are you eating and does this mean you have dropped carbs extremely low?
Prof,
Yes, my protein intake is much greater than my carb intake. By “clean” I mean no junk food. Lots of eggs, meat (beef, chicken, fish), low-fat cheese, oatmeal, protein shakes, peanuts and peanut butter, fruit and veggies, whole wheat bread, cottage cheese, yogurt. My normal diet consists of various amounts of the above foods, 6-7 times a day. I wouldn’t say I have decreased carbs, but I have dramatically increased protein without changing carb intake.

For supps it’s Fish Oil, Glucosamine, and protein powder. I’ve been taking these for about 2 months. It wasn’t until I dramatically increased my protein intake that I noticed the change in smells. I drink about a 1/2 gallon of water a day.

Green Tea might work.
