Yeah, this is called burying the lede.

Recently used a suppressive hormone :white_check_mark:
History of opioid use :white_check_mark:

You gotta give an accurate history right from the start in order to get the most out of the people here who want to help.

So do those labs look normal for a 23 yr old

I think you have gotten your answer as far as the labs. Jus or the one your looking for. See some one more experienced about your addiction. That will destroy your life faster in all aspects that a hormone problem

What other info do I need to provide I need all the advice I can get

Describe the opioid(s) used, what dose, how long. I had a vericocele years ago and my recovery was described by my urologist as the worst he’d ever seen. I was walking with a cane for two weeks. I was on zero opioids, at a time when they handed them out like candy. So understanding what you used and in what way could be useful info. And to answer your other question yes, your blood work looks perfectly normal.

I was opioids pretty heavy due to shoulder injury and after the varicocele the opioid continued and I can admit I started to see myself getting addicted and was on them for 4-5 months and i was Percocet 10s and started dosing 2 a day and sometimes 4 I started to feel I was becoming dependent to feel normal and after while I wasn’t even feeling normal from the use just felt disconnected last 2 I took was last Wednesday cold turkey and I’m trying to stay on track but feeling nothing but every low t symptom there is

And also as I mentioned the 516 tt jumped to 776 I figure because of the Hcg but I could really use any advice to get through this I can’t remember that last positive day I’ve had

Lost interest in everything and have a horrible quality of life can’t keep my mind off the past cycle

Varicocele was also huge and a grade 3

Yo man what do you think

I think you feeling shitty is not a result of low T. You might describe it as “low T symptoms” but low T symptoms are the same symptoms as you would have in 10+ other medical cases.

I’d go to my doctor talk about all the stuff you talked here (maybe leave out sdrol, call it “some prohormone”) and get his opinion. Opioid-withdrawal would be one of them. It takes up to 10 days until symptoms completely subside.

If you need advice on a forum again, please post a history of your use and a complete timeline of these things. Long ramblings about symptoms aren’t necessary but a short paragraph which symptoms you have is.

Okay I gotcha but based off the bloods I shouldn’t have much to worry about at 23 right ?

If these are your bloods after you’ve been off of every drug that influences your hormones in a major way (hCG?) for more than two weeks, which I think you have been, then they look good. That’s why I don’t think it’s your hormones.

Okay that makes me feel better and I’ve been off the Hcg for bout a month and got some bloods done yesterday just for free t total t and shbg to see if anything dropped since coming off the Hcg

I’m just hoping I didn’t screw my life up with that 1 cycle and fig I’m very likely to recover at 23

You didn’t. Bodies are really resilient. The bodies of 23 year old are really, really resilient. Don’t get too far into your head, it’ll make things harder than they need to be.

I’m hoping so did you did see the bloods above ?

Just a heads up

Thanks for the reply so what could be the cause of the low t symptoms I feel as if I have them em all

Surgery is trauma. Opioids can take a toll on your body and using them for too long can certainly make you feel like you’re low t (among other things). Honestly, it can take time to find your way back and feel normal again. After my vericocele surgery I was in bad shape for eight months, and that was without narcotics rewiring my brain. It can take some time, man. Just keep hammering away and make sure you’re getting good sleep. Keep the diet healthy and the training at a challenging but not overwhelming pace.

What was your symtoms prior to withdrawal
