Still Feel Like Dying (Follow-Up Post)

The bloodwork i posted is from 3 months ago and its whats considered a full blood panel where i live. I will urge the endo i am seeing next week to include literally anything else though.

I agree that what you listed may cause one or a even a few of my symptoms but i have researched others experiences a lot and i dont see anything else in terms of severity.

Anyway, i will stay on a trt dose for a while longer even though i have this big urge to change literally anything just so theres a chance i feel better.

Youre right, theyre from early october this year. The only thing i changed was going from 400 to 140mg / wk.

Theres no ranges indeed but the few out of range markers are labeled with + or - and the relevant ones are mostly internationally understandable terms.

Well this could def change what your bloods look like.

But certainly not for the worse right?

Well you would hope they’d improve but that’s why you would want current bloods to make sure any markers that the test caused issues with are coming back.

All you have is unsteady hormone levels from the dosage change which is forcing your body to adapt to the new hormonal set-point.

Nothing unusual here.

The symptom list reads like someone experiencing menopause!

excepting this “super sentimental over everything” suggesting high estrogen.

Are there anymore undisclosed meds in the mix? on the same point, are your sources pharma grade? genuine pharma grade, in terms of both purity, and concentration.

Yeah sure but its been almost 3 months on a steady 140/wk and my body surely shouldve accomodated by now.

I have heavily considered estrogen to be the culprit at first as well, however low dosing arimidex for a week did nothing so i stopped. Also tried cabergolin once to no avail in terms of libido.

When i took bloods before steroids my estrogen came out at 33 ng/pl, since then it has been anything from 40-119. Currently sitting at 44.

Dont take any meds except the two mentioned above and these were just a one time thing.

My test has always been ulab, it most definitely wasnt bunk as ive taken bloods quite regularly and always had the elevated test you would expect.

Would prob get bloods done before just randomly taking stuff. No wonder you feel like shit.

That was in response to my elevated e2 and slightly elevated prolactin that you see in my bloods above. Thus not random and also a one time deal. Other than these two compounds ive only ever taken test.

140mg of test enanthate would contain around 100mg of pure Testosterone.

So you’re completely suppressing your natural test production for very little advantage.

It seems you weren’t actually in need of trt before you started, so its possible you’ll be able to kickstart the natural production a couple of months if you go cold turkey.

speaking of turkey, i assume you aren’t vegan?

You say you feel like shit anyway, so what have you to lose?

If you so come off, be prepared to be tired much quicker in the gym, lift less reps, fewer sets, try to eat more and get your bodyfat up a bit. prioritise sleep.

Good luck and do try to not obsess

I wasnt in need, i did it for personal/fitness goal reasons and, at least aesthetically and performance wise to great success.

Really considering this, however im afraid of feeling EVEN worse when i already feel barely clinging to life with a healthy testosterone level.

Not vegan but “vegetarian” except for milk because of convenience.

The physique that i worked so hard for and is pretty much the only thing left as well as risking feeling even worse. Appreciate your input though.

Yeah i supplement B vitamins, vitamin d3, zinc, magnesium and creatine.

you also mentioned “my face aged about 10-15 years within the last year,”

steroids are ageing, plus low bodyfat will make your face appear gaunt… vegetarians can have thin skin, also suggest collagen supplement. Although meat derived, its a byproduct and you’d get no pleasure from it so the ethical issue isn’t insurmountable?

Id just go cold turkey, no serms, certainly no ai, sounds like you’re hpta is just too confused already. Its not so bad, and if you’ve already dealt with depression its well within your ability to cope.

While all of this is true, i looked super vital, young and fresh the first year on blast. I also used a collagen light daily for 2 years. Thing is, i dont just look old as in, yo can still look good and healthy while looking old but i look worn out and tired. I honestly blame the month long sleep deprivation more than anything, as this can potentially age you drastically for the time being. (Lots of friends i talked to say they look 5 years older even after ONE night of no sleep. i did however incorporate a bit of red meat into my diet again.

That’s the thing though, i already went to a “healthy” testosterone level for almost 3 months now and my symptoms have only gotten worse. What if it turns out the test has nothing to do with my issues? I’m just very hesitant because i don’t wanna risk feeling even worse (that i could handle on its own) for no benefit.

It seems like you are out of options and will just have to be your own guinea pig.

Or you can go to an actual doctor and have him perform complete bloodwork and other necessary tests. So you have an actual diagnosis and receive proper treatment.

I have an appointment this friday at an endocrinologist, i will urge him to get absolutely every metric he possibly can from my bloods. Other than that, is there a specialist doctor you would suggest? Anything an endo doesn’t cover. Urologists are useless where I am from and i also have an appointment for a brain MRT later this month. Anything else?

This is a question your general practitioner needs to answer. He knows your medical history and should point you in the right direction.

Off the top of my head I would highly recommend getting your thyroid checked. Your symptoms are indicative of a host of problems, including psychological ones. That’s why you need a complete work up.

Edit: spelling
