I’ll be doing a 30 day mountainwalk in about 2 months. There will be elevations up to 1000m a day and I’m carrying a 15kg pack.
I used to be able to do this but not anymore. I’m training by walking with my bag, running and stairwalking and I just can’t do any of it long enough anymore without suffering (minor) muscle injuries. Mostly in my upperlegs.
I want to start using a steroid so I can feel young again and make trips like this twice a year. What should I take and how much? I was thinking about Primobolan or Anavar. Or maybe Primobolan shots for one month before I go and Anavar pills for on the way when the effect of the Primobolan has worn out.
Any advise would be great since I’m a noob. I read Primobolan has the least side effects. I won’t be using it for more then 3 months a year anyway and I don’t want to die behind my desk.
Steroids for backpacking? Cmon man... Im sure you could do very well with some supps if you feel you need to take something. Take a look in the supp forum.
I’m not very experienced with aas, but I’d say any exercise more intense than, say, neighborhood powerwalking (including, for example, spirited Wii sessions and all-day shopping marathons), and you’d be short changing yourself if you didn’t do a heavy, year-long cycle of anabolics in preparation.
