Oral AAS and cardio

What’s up all!

I’m thinking of doing a cycle with AAS and then orals only. I want to induce my body with oral primibolan 75mg daily for 4-6 weeks.

I’m 35 years old with a lot of sports in my youth. Today I weight 115kg, 191cm tall.

I’m thinking of doing this cycle with a lot of cardio only workouts like running and low weight training. Like a zon 2 or zon 3 training. My diet will be bananas and tuna with protein supplements and one standing meal of the day with protein and carbs.

My main goal is to loose fat since I haves gained a lot by the years. Will aas help me strengthen the body for a better workout session and then last longer for a longer period of time during workouts? In better terms help me lose more fat with the training protocol that I have.

I know that aas is not a fat burner but while training I know in facts that building muscle can help support the fat burning process and doing cardio with the strength gains while running and low weight workouts, will primobolan help me doing so?

I’m not an expert about aas in practice but I have over the year been reading a lot about aas and other peoples experience with it. And 99% of all that present aas I their daily workout routine is either a strength trainer or a bodybuilder.

Best regards!

Steroids are not really good for cardio based activities.
If your looking to take something to help boost cardio/endurance and give you a boost in the gym I would look at Cardarine and ostarine stacked for 8-10 weeks.
Primo is a mild steroid but it’s still going to shut you down and is hard on the hairline if that matters to you.

I have tried cardarine before for 4-5 weeks and it didn’t help much. Am I not building muscle while running?

Guess there isn’t anything good for endurance and cardio training other then discipline and motivation.

You need to stack cardarine and ostarine for best results and run it longer than 4-5 weeks. You also need to make sure your products are real. There is a lot of fakes out there.

No

What level of running are you at? Do you race?

Maybe not the dumbest thing I’ve seen on the internet, but it’s up there. None of this makes any sense. Why Primo? Why oral? Why no Test? Why no workouts? Tuna & banana diet?
