Steroid Torrents?

I’m a complete newb to roids but spent some time yesterday reading through the forums and articles - i.e. steroids 4 dummies, getting the gear etc. Do any torrents exist for anabolic steroid info or how to’s? T-Nation’s forums are a great source of knowledge but if there’s anything like books available for download, I’d be very interested.

Here, I am going to give you a very brief introduction to Anabolic-Androgenic Steroids.

These drugs are synthetic hormones, synthetic analogues of testerone and its variants. There are many different kinds of them, and they work in many different ways.

In our bodys are receptors, some of these steroids bind to this ANDROGEN receptor causing DNA transcription.

There are testosterone derived steroids like Dianabol and the different testosterone esters.

There are 19-Nor derivd steroids such as Deca Durabolin (nandralone decanoate) and Trenbolone.

There are dihydrotestosterone derived steroids such as Winstrol (stanazolol) Masteron and others.

Some of these are available in pill form, which often times is harder on your body causing increased blood pressure on some stress on your liver.

Other side effects can be gynocomastia (breast growth in men) alapecia (hair loss) and prostate hypertrophy.

Now go spend about 50 hours spaced over the next few weeks reading about these taboo, often misunderstood substances and come back a more informed individual.

that’s a very good brief overview of everything i’ve read so far. it helps a lot in that it’s everything essential in about a paragraph. thanks a lot for helping a newbie!

Read the stickies too mate.

i have read some and will continue to read the stickies but i was looking for specific info on torrents or downloads. if this topic has already been covered, i apologize.

There are numerous AAS ebooks out there. I would recommend buying the print versions if possible. Anabolics 2006 and Anabolics 2009 by William Llewellyn comes to mind. He starts off with a good general overview of AAS, gives some sample cycles, and then the rest of the book is basically an encyclopedia of pretty much every anabolic out there. It’s a decent place to begin your research and serves as a handy reference as well. “Building the Perfect Beast” by L. Rea is another interesting one that I’ve been skimming a little recently.

Keep in mind that pretty much everything you need to know is available on forums like this. Don’t expect to find a nice, concise little guide that will tell you everything you need to know, this will require time and research. There are many very smart and knowledgeable people who frequent this forum and others, and you have an incredible archive of information at your fingertips. That said, it’s generally a good idea to do your research in multiple places - not only books and forums, but you should get into the habit of at least familiarizing yourself with relevant peer-reviewed research papers.

Get your information from all these places and use it to come to your own conclusions. It is generally suggested that you should invest, at minimum, months of time into researching before touching any kind of AAS. Not only to build your knowledge and increase your ability to use safely, but also spend a good amount of time considering if AAS is something you really want to partake in - many people have goals that AAS use won’t aid a whole lot in achieving. If it ever does come to the point where you are ready and willing to begin your first cycle, post it up, and so long as it is obvious that you have done your research, there will surely be some very informed folks willing to offer valuable critiques and suggestions.

Just my $.02, but I’m still a n00b as well…

Just remember, you are an individual, what one person does and/or tolerates may not be some thing you would tolerate. We all react individually to drugs. Diet is a very very important issue. That should be the first thing you dial in before thinking about using drugs.

thanks, bl4de. i actually just finished downloading anabolics 09 while reading your post. i would like to get a large resource on aas in physical form like you suggested so i don’t have to stare at my monitor all the time in researching it.

i don’t plan on starting a cycle any time soon at all until i know more than enough to do it safely and properly w/maximum efficiency. i’m actually kind of a newb to lifting, so of course i’d have to wait until i’m in pretty good shape to start but i thought that by starting to research aas now, i might be ready when the time comes. once again, thank you for responding and the ebook suggestions.

true. diet is probably my biggest problem and the hardest thing for me to follow in training. how do the pro’s do it? cook healthy stuff for the whole week and refrigerate it for later?

How old are you? Also, anyone who is new to lifting must learn proper form, then build their body prior to taking the plunge into performance enhancement. If you do not develop a strong base prior to using steroids, you will seriously inhibit your ability to grow, maintain your muscle off of drugs, or get to your maximal size.

i’m 28 and in the army, so i’m not horribly out of shape, i’m just not yoked.

Right… so how about you share YOUR stats them Mr. Expert?

Weight?
Body Fat?
Height?
Years training?
Career?
Education and Qualifications?

Sorry… but from your posts i gathered that you are over fat and have run minimal amount of cycles.

Who do you think you are talking to this lad like some ‘guru’?

That is the trouble with the internet - people fake.

J-J, do you think is that wrong with his statement? I mean I can imagine someone with rather large lifting numbers and body measurements close to or at estimated genetic limit to benefit more from a cycle (especially it its his first) compared to someone who just started or someone who has been lifting for 6 months.
