I have read several pubmed articles that “proved” this. LOL gotta love science

Of course you can measure the amount of improvement due to AAS. Just compare the results of races before using and after.

You are completely useless and unqualified, please don’t post in this forum.

Please kindly shut the fuck up and get the fuck out. Everything you just wrote was WRONG.

So if you fought someone in mma like bj penn he would woop your ass but hes not on roids.

All it does it increase sterngth but you wont become fast. If they are alreasy fast they have little to improve on and going on roids will make them not improve that much. Also if you fought me I would bet your aass.

Chicktuna…you don’t think that strength and speed correlate? Olympic lifts are explosive exercises that result in increased speed.

I think you are trying to argue that the human body cannot develop more fast twitch muscle fibers with weight traning.

If using AAS has no effect on speed why do world class sprinters insist on using? Do they just want to get jacked?

this has NO relevancy to you being unqualified to give advice.

I agree gametime: Of course AAS can help to increase speed if you train for it.

Speed x strength = Power… all these can be trained for and AAS will assist all.

Also as for develpoing more fast twitch fibres this is hyperplasia, not just the anabolism of existing fibres but the development of new fibres… i believe the only chance you have of achieving this is through the use of slin, AAS and high dose GH.

However you can, i believe change the ratio of type I to type II fibres, and apparently AAS help this to happen in favour of type IIa and IIb… possibly due to the type of training people who use AAS do.
Also it isnt really known (in the last book i read) whether it is the fibre that changes or the motor unit or the stimulation from the spinal cord to the motor unit… where (IIRC) all skeletal muscle stimulation comes from, not the brain.

This last post proves my theory: You are, in fact, clinically retarded.

I ran into chickentuna leaving the bb.com forums last night…

I know top triathletes have tested positive for Deca. (Although I’m not sure this is an optimal choice) One should look for an AAS that helps with training recovery more than adds muscle. Being able to increase volume and/or intensity will lead to improvements.

AAS should keep your body from being over trained due to increased recovery. If I can take AAS and complete 5 tough workouts per week instead of 3 - that’s the benefit.

my faith in humanity just dropped sharply.

After that billiards article I have seen it all. BTW what drug do you suggest to make me bowl better? What kind of testing does NABBA do? J/K

The correlation between a combative sport that takes years of training in martial arts versus a person training for sprints or weightlifting is apples and oranges.

Why does chicktuna insist on ruining every thread?
