In the attached picture it seems that max serum Test release in milligrams occurs immediately after injection. This doesn’t seem right and has implications on the build up and decay of serum levels.
The example graph shows 4, once weekly Enanthate injections of 500mg
Maybe I’m missing something, I’m interested what others thoughts are on this?
Serum levels are increased significantly within as little as 6 hours from some studies but usual peak is about 24 hours post injection from what I’ve read.
You can look at a plot of a single 200mg injection of test e and see that in the first 24 hours your levels peak, then lower over the course of the next 3-7 days. The plotter does an ok job of showing this, but i would not take those figures as gospel because they don’T account for a lot of personal variables. I’d just use it as a basic guide to understand how the testosterone is entering your system
I have a bunch of stuff over at ExcelMale on this and estimation of Tmax (time for Cmax). For cypionate and based on individual range for absorption and elimination rate constants, Tmax works out to approx. 8 to 36 hours.
I promised to be good and not link to ExcelMale any more.
Any change you plan on sharing that excel sheet? Or sharing the formulas to allow others to build their own? Steroid plotter is nice but I’m an engineering nerd that like a greater level of info an granularity
Examples use apparent absorption half life of 8 hr and elimination half life ~4.5 d for test cyp.
The original crappy elimination only models with instantaneous absorption finally got replaced with the refined absorption + elimination over in the What is TRT thread further down.
