Sustanon pinned eod is a good protocol for a cycle or a blast. The point of cycling/blasting is to be at absurdly supraphysiological levels as much as possible for the length of the cycle.
Sustanon for trt is aiming for something entirely different. There’s no one size fits all for how to administer it.
