Hey all ,
I’m a 26 year old , 5’11 , 182 pound guy recently started playing football again.
i started hitting the gym bout 3 years ago but it was mostly for body building . After i rediscovered football and this sport keeps me focus on my goals and gains. Let me stop wasting your time with the story and fire my questions.
A) I looking into the use of steroids , I’ve researched for a year now ( from a health risk point of view) and i need input and advice.
B) I’m Mostly Working on Speed and lower body strength , Balance and neck strengthening exercises
C) Trying to Improve My Cardio while keeping my gains as i found that very difficult since i have to pick on of the two
So basically what I’m asking for if some one can help me in setting up a workout program or point me in that direction , and with that program a guide to a short cycle ( 1 month to 2 month Maximum) dosages , when to inject and all the necessary info that i could use while working on that program.

Educate yourself better on how to train and eat properly for your goals and apply that knowledge before considering steroids. There are plenty of articles on this site that can help you with that.
You’ll have a very had time finding someone on this thread who will write your cycle for you. The fact that you can’t do this on your own demonstrates that you don’t have sufficient knowledge on the matter to use steroids in an intelligent manner.
You’re 26 years old and by your own description “recently started playing football again.” Perhaps I am wrong, but I am guessing that you are not likely to play professional football, and that you are doing this to play recreationally or semi-professional (although possibly you have some eligibility and will be returning to college). Therefore, I suggest watching this Dave Tate video (commonly referenced in these parts) and thinking very hard about whether steroids are worth it:
Will steroids help you get faster and stronger? Sure, assuming that your training, nutrition, and recovery is appropriate. However, my advice would be that instead of worrying about a 1 to 2 month steroid cycle, you think a little harder about those three things and whether there’s any ground to be gained there.
thanks for the advice ! both of you make valid points ill just try this out after i’ve hit my peak and see if the extra push is worth it
