In case you newb’s didn’t know, test prop injections are incredibly painful (due to the short ester)and unless you cut it, you won’t be able to inject EOD.

It affects people differently. I’ve never found it to hurt more or less than anything else.
And since you propose that the pain goes away if it is cut with plain oil, wouldn’t that indicate that the problem is with the concentration and not just the specific ester?
my first i ran prop!didnt know anything about the pain,hurt like hell!did the cut thing with GSO 1to1 and was fine.then 1 to1/2 GSO,down to just prop itself without any discomfort!i believe for us newbs any shot will have a pain factor in the beginning till body gets used to it.prop will be at the higher end of the pain scale!all part of the game!

I wanted to write to you directly because I have seen how harsh some of the threads can be and I am simply looking for some honest recommendations if you have the time and/or willing…
I am 34 yrs old, 5’ 7", 165lbs, BF12%, have been training for over 15 yrs…
I am thinking about the below cycle (2nd cycle) :
week 1 - 10 Test Cyp 500mg per week
week 1 - 6 Adex 1mg EOD
week 1 - 6 Deca 300mg per week
week 7 - 10 Masteron Enanthate 300mg per week
week 7 - 10 Adex 0.5mg EOD
Week 1-4 Dbol 30mg ED
Week 11 + 12 Nolva 40mg per day
Week 13 + 14 Nolva 20mg per day
I would like to bulk up during weeks 1 - 6 then start cutting from then on…
How does this cycle look (doses ok for my body weight?)?
If I cannot get hold of the Masteron Enanthate what would you suggest as an alternative and at what doses?
Your comments/advice will be greatly appreciated…

Question from a Newb who is looking into his first cycle:
I have been told that running A-dex on a test only cycle is unnecessary and can cause higher blood pressure and hinder gains. I have heard that keeping it around to control bloat if occurring is all that is necessary. What are your thoughts on this? Would doing the Test and some HCG be good enough? Is running A-dex harmful?
Also, IYO, why enth and not cyp or prop? And
BTW, this was a great post and I wish I would have come across it a few months ago when I started doing research on AAS. Done with the PHs, time to play with the big boys…

- If you want to bulk weeks 1-6 you should be taking Dbol with your Test.
- 1mg of Adex is too much. Take .25-.5 ED
- Do not use Deca if you’re not going to take it for atleast 10weeks, it takes atleast 6 weeks before it fully starts to kick in.
- You can’t take Anything “Enthante” for just 3 or 4wks. It takes that long to kick in. You need test prop, tren acetate, masteron acetate or wistrol (these take only a few days to kick in)

Alright I’ve done some research and I’ve came up with this simple beginners cycle for me. I’m planning to do 350 mg of Deca-Durabolin every week and 25mg of Dianabol every day for 8 weeks. I’m hoping to put on size, strength, and increase my athletic abilities like agility, speed, power, etc. Now I’ve done research on PCT and I’ve read a ton of stuff and it’s confusing the hell out of me. If anyone has any advice to give please do so, I’m not trying to screw up my body. Thanks.
Hello mex036. First off, this is a friendly reply meant to honestly pass on some hard-earned advice. The stakes are very high when you involve yourself in your body chemistry. Done correctly, and at the right time, a cycle of steroids can advance your physique and performance to an astonishing degree. Screw it up, and you are potentially looking at entering into a world of hurt.
I, like you, could not wait to “do” steroids. I, like you, felt I had done my research and was only a pointer or two away from being all set. So, I went ahead and got the gear I wanted, found some thread somewhere that told me what I wanted to hear, and began running the cycle. Turns out, that “researched” cycle was complete bullshit. I suffered through weeks of not only NOT realizing the gains I wanted, but struggling DAILY with dizziness, nausea, debilitating back pain, constipation/diarrhea and cystic acne.
You say there is a “ton of stuff” that is “confusing the hell” out of you? You are absolutely correct! That is EXACTLY WHY you have to slow down and (as the moderator said) read all the stickies and threads in this forum, and others as well. This is a process that will (and should) take much longer than the two days that have elapsed between your posts! Only when you can answer the following questions should you even consider asking for advice putting your cycle together:
Are you old enough to consider using steroids? Why is this important?
Do you have enough training experience to consider using steroids? Why is this important?
How do steroids work?
How is each type of steroid different from another?
Why are YOU choosing one (or more) steroid(s) over the others?
What are “sides”? What particular “sides” are associated with each specific steroid?
What is “stacking”?
What is the purpose of combining more than one steroid? Why is combining appropriate/not appropriate for you?
What are the the fundamental differences between orals and injectables?
What determines the length of a cycle?
What is an IM injection? How is it properly performed?
What is a subcutaneous injection? How is it properly performed?
Why is needle guage important?
What is an mg? What is a ml? What is a cc? How do they relate to each other?
What is a half-life? Why is this important to know?
What is an ester? How does it work? Why is this important to know?
What is an AI? How and why does it work? Is it appropriate / not appropriate for your cycle?
What is a SERM? How and why does it work? Is it appropriate / not appropriate for your cycle?
What is PCT? What are the different types of PCT? What determines the length of a proper PCT? How is your proposed PCT appropriate for your cycle?
What is bloodwork? Why is it important?
What is your diet? Why?
How will your diet be modified when on your cycle? Why is this important?
What is your current workout? What is your current workout schedule? How will your workout/schedule be modified when on your cycle? Why is this important?
These are just the questions! And . . . I am sure I am leaving some out.
Are you beginning to see why proper research is going to take a while? But it will be worth every minute.
Do not make the same mistake I did. If you are going to do it, do it right.
