Steroid Newbie Cycle Planning

It’s been a little over 4 years since I lasted cycle. Thank god for this site and sticky. Really helpful. Thanks. I was planning on doing a cycle last year but after much reading realized that my cycle, but most of all my diet, was way off. Still planning on doing a cycle. Just prepping the body. Thanks for all the help and comments everyone.

OK guys I am on 250 test cyp and 200 decca every 6 days for 8 weeks (cause that is all I have). Got the nova ready in case I need it and for PCT.

I am older, 48, and working out for several years, but never ran a cycle. My body fat is not ideal but it is what it is. I am 229lbs, 5’10". I workout every other day working 2 different muscle groups every workout over 8 days.

I was on HRT with 5mg/daily dosage of Testim, but stopped on Saturday as that was my 1st day on juice and did not want to much going on. Kinda crashed because I think the juice takes a couple more weeks to kick in.

Should I keep applying the Testim gel while on the juice or just apply until it kicks in, or not at all?

How should I deal with PCT and Testim – keep taking
Testim or what?. I have 3 kids and am not worried about potency.

PCT stands for ‘post cycle therapy’ This is so you can expedite your recovery to producing your own T after the suppressive cycle.

Trouble is… you dont produce your own T do you, so why on earth would you need to ‘PCT’? Let me guess… you read it was necessary to do a ‘PCT’ if you run a cycle?

Steroids are like any other drug in that their dosing regime is absolutely specific to the patient.

Your cycle is awful - in every respect i can think of. Frequency, doses, planning, structure… the LOT.

At your age to not control estrogen while using androgenic-anabolic steroids is asking for prostate trouble.
‘Nova’ is not what the ‘doctor ordered’ here… In fact as you never come off, you dont need any ‘nova’ at all!

Do you get much from 5mg of TRT a day? this is just 35mg a week. Normal, healthy, adult men tend to produce between 7 and 10mg a day… you get 5. That’s a blow too i bet.

I personally agree with using 250mg of Test a week as you have not got an AI… I think it should be injected at 125mg 2x/wk though to avoid (in particular but not only) benign prostate hypertrophy.
I think that you will like the Nandrolone, BUT you should be aware that for some it can play havoc with ones libido - EVEN with normal estrogen level and normal or even high T levels.
if it does you would want to look into the possibility of raised prolactin.

That should also be dosed 100mg 2x/wk but it isn’t quite as pressing.

You need to use an aromatase inhibitor to control the estrogen on cycle too… which can do more harmful things than increase fat, water and breast tissue to men of your age.

I would personally use your TRT throughout the cycle. Why not? 35mg man! get real!

You also have to stop calling it ‘juice’ :wink:

If you have an AI in the future, then you can increase the T levels significantly - 500mg is a very effective dose and not too harsh (as long as the estrogen is controlled), and you can also use some of the more androgenic drugs… but avoid stuff like Anadrol and Trenbolone, as they are very powerful androgens and i find can cause swelling when using an AI even in young men.

If you dont use an AI then you should limit T to 300mg and only stack it with lower androgens like Boldenone, Nandrolone, Stanazolol, Oxandrolone, Primobolan…

Just signed up to post here. I would like to hear your opinion on this one: i am 22 years old and i am thinking to start my first cycle, but i’m not sure i want to do that right now. Why? I will get right back to that.

Well, in the first place, i train for about 4 years now, but not continously. The problem is that i am one of those ectos, 5’57" / 123 lbs, high metabolism and i am real pressured of gaining some weight. So pressure in fact, that after a period, i just need to take a break from gym and preparing every meals, etc.

Now, let’s get back to the issue: well, i don’t want to begin this cycle for gaining as much as i wanted it for lowering my fast metabolism and for my bone structure. In this 4 years i have learned basic things to get some weight, and when i am on, i can do it pretty easy. I have the basic information and experience to gain. I know i am just a rookie, but i know how to gain, i have experienced it. (i don’t say i am a pro or anything).

My real problem is that when i’m off the gym (2-3 months/year, and always this happen to me) i go back to my previous shape. and that’s really nasty: i am really, really skinny. I am 22, but i look like a 15 years old kid. And that’s so fustriting for me. 8-9 moths of hard work lost in 2-3 month of beak. That’s my real problem and i think the gear could fix this a little bit.

And i know kids just like me doing it without PCT and stuff ( i know that is bad for them), and now, after 1 year they didn’t train anymore, they look better than me, and that just because they have used the gear. So…i’m thinking to try it and that is just for my metabolism.

I know that FG said after 25, but i don’t think that right now i produce enough testosterone to grow . Physically, I haven’t change too much from my age of 17. I don’t have any beard, i don’t have acnee, i don’t have high libido, any kind of big teststerone level signes. So…why wait untill 25? I would like to hear your opinion on that, it will definitely influence my decision, i want to know if it worths trying it and i want to make it by the book or not doing it at all.

You need to start your own thread, first of all.

Second. If you think your T levels are low, go to a doctor and get them tested.

Third. You have no idea what proper nutrition is. Don’t argue this. If you did know you wouldn’t weigh 120lbs. That is completely unacceptable and steroids are absolutely not the right choice.

Thank you BONEZ217 for your quick answer. I will follow your advise and i will not doing it. you’re right. First, I have to concentrate on nutrition, training and rest.

Dude, you need to gain at least 60 pounds. Eat. Eat some weiner schnitzel, some weisswurst, some bratwurst, some kartoffelsalat, etc etc.

Hope this is the right place to pose this question. I have a vial of Sustanon 250 and the rubber seal cap popped off for a minute. A bit spilled (bummer), and I put the top right back on. It has been stored properly (temp constant, no light) for about 4 weeks while I use the other vial. Question: CAN THE REMAINING SUSTANON BE USED, OR IS EVEN BRIEF EXPOSURE TO AIR DANGEROUS?

PS - I am EXTREMELY careful about maintaining sterile conditions. The spill was on an alcohol prepped surface.

I’m a newbie. I’m 5’ 9 and 235 with 15% body fat. I’m a powerlifter and going onmy first cycle.

I’m lookin at:

D-Bol 25mg per day
Test E 150 EOD
Test P 200 EOD
Equipose 1cc 3 times a week

Is this too much?

I’m 28 year old powerlifter looking at doing my first cycle. I have been lifting for 10 years, but only competing in powerlifting for 3. I’m 5’ 9’’ 235. Here is what I cam up with after doing some research:

I’m having a difficult time figuring out what i should take for my PCT.

If there were to be a drug screen conducted randomly for say employees in a workplaces, how long would dianabol stay in ones system roughly? Im guessing drug tests in work places would be for recreational drugs/alcohol and not anabolic steriods, But I am just curious about how long something like dianabol would be detectable in a urine test, if it even is detectable.

Maybe a little off topic, but hopefully this hasn’t been answered already.

Are test boosters considered steroids? or are they their own category?
