Getting there. Need to work on getting the numbers up a bit and I’ve been rather lax with the diet for a week or two so haven’t got leaner but then also haven’t visibly got fatter so…

Week 21 comparison photos. If I really try and look at them objectively, I think I can see that I’ve made progress in putting on muscle. Looking at them subjectively though, I feel I need to do a cut to get some definition.
