I couldn’t hear shit on that video, but that set up just seems weird for some reason.
What setup? And did you have the volume up? Lol, but I posted that because the amount of food Levrone was eating prepping for the O was ridiculous and spending 4-500 a week on food, man Imma need a much better job when I’m trying to get to a solid 300 pounds…Haha, 5 pounds of meat a day, and probably more weight from carbs.
The setup with those two old people, are they his parents or what?

Levrone lost both of his parents at a young age. These were his business partners. Both co owners of a worlds gym in Maryland.

Funny that I just videoed this last week.
Next time you marinade that meat, take all those ingredients and blend them together. A good percentage of the flavour is still trapped in the seasoning and blending it not only integrates it but releases the flavour.
Secondly, work those ingredients into the meat, if you can turn around the steak in the flavour every few hours. If you can, use the marinade to pour on the meat whilst it’s being cooked so that it remains juicy and flavourful.
Ironically, the moment I do this, my vacuum sealer busted on me so I had to go buy a new one. The little one only last me about a year and a half before they start to crap out…but I am sure I use them more often than most people also.
That’s pretty much it. Sealing them has saved me tons of money because it can last for YEARS like that and still taste about the same.

How much would you pay per week on steaks alone?
A lot less than I used to now that I have a stand alone freezer. Before that. I was buying them every week whether they were on sale or not. I would just buy less when they weren’t on sale. Now, I just wait for sales and stock up then.
These steaks were on sale for 6 bucks a pound…which is NOT ideal…so I got 20 of them at about a pound each. The next time they are on sale for 4 bucks, I will probably buy 60 of them or more and may not need to shop for another month or so.

Haha love the pics prof. Are those dates that i see written on them?
There are dates on all of them because I still have some sealed from last year. I usually mix them during the week so that end up eating mostly new steaks along with a few old one.

Wow i didnt know you could get them to last that long. I’m gonna need to invest in one of those vacuum sealers
Steak is one of the only things I never cook in bulk. I can only eat steak fresh off the grill, and I like it rare. Cooking it, then re-heating it in the microwave turns a good piece of meat into something that isn’t steak anymore. I use leftover steak (when there is any) to make chili, stew or a meat pie like Jack Urboady posted.

OK, This is news to me as well. I am going to buy a sealer today. This was the main reason I don’t buy in LARGE Bulk on steak.

I fully agree.
However, In the Doc’s defense, he just doesn’t have time to prepare and enjoy each steak that way.
