HBV antibody testing is usually done as a panel. Panel testing will distinguish between acute infection, chronic infection, immune 2ndry to previous infection, and immune 2ndry to HBV vaccine. Your status should be apparent from the results.
HPV has many types (ie, subgroups), but I am not aware of one known as HPV-2 (and it definitely isn’t one of the sexually-transmitted types). Do you mean HSV2?
HPV is very prevalent in the adult population.
Most importantly: Rather than a lab tech and/or internet strangers, you really need to go over these results with your physician. Sincere best wishes for an uneventful outcome.

There are over 170 HPV viruses. 4 cause plantars warts, and are what you are describing. They are not STD’s. Then you have the STD related ones. There are several of them (about 20 I think) with about 10 being extremely high risk. Anyone who has them, especially women, need to be notified because they increase the risk of cancer, particularly cervical cancer exponentially. Most of the time external lesions are not their danger, its the “abnormal cell growth” that takes years to occur that will get people. Women need to notify their docs because they will have to get regular screenings to try to catch particular serious complications early.[/quote]

I’ve always gotten canqor sores in my mouth but generally when Im highly stressed. My last STD test was 12yrs ago… Back then they did the dick swab, blood, & piss at a dr office. This test was a confidential test I paid for online and did a blood and piss test at a lab… This was paid cash and off my insurance so theres no record of it. I give blood every 3 months as part of my TRT Im prone to thick blood so I dump a pint every 3 months and before blasting… So far I never showed positive for Hep B… I think it may be a false positive becuase…
I had been doing coke and E for 3 days straight plus drinking so my liver was toast
I was sick before I went on the bender
I had canqor sore day of test
I dont think theres any reason to start drama at home now… If Ive had this stuff its been years… I’ll retest in 90days as recomended by the lab tech & verify… If its still positive I’ll talk to a doc… If I see anything break out on my junk I’ll run to the doc… But in all honesty I think its probably nothing and the STD test people probably just want another $200

This situation is so absurd, that I suspect it’s a joke. On the off chance that it isn’t though, my strong suggestion to the OP is that he and his wife both see their doctors ASAP. While most cases of Hep B will clear up by themselves, others can progress to irreversible liver damage. Likewise, certain HPV strains can eventually lead to cervical cancer in women and head/neck cancers in men (look at Michael Douglas who attributes his throat cancer to HPV). Any responsible adult owes it to their partners to inform them that they’ve been exposed to these risks.

I had originally posted some thoughts as to how the OP might “accidentally” discover that he has Hep B and explain it in a way that doesn’t point to it being a STD. After reading through maybe 1/10 of his old posts though, I deleted that advice. If I understand correctly, this guy:
Is at least in his 30’s and has 2 kids
Started frequenting strip clubs when his wife gained weight
Cheats on his wife with some regularity
Goes on 3-day benders
Complained to a friend about his wife’s weight within earshot of his wife
Can’t afford to spend more than $2,500 for a new truck (on which his livelihood depends), but somehow can buy breast implants for his wife (to reward her for losing weight), buy coke and E (whatever that is), frequent strip clubs and go on 3-day benders.
Is more concerned that his wife might get half of his money, than he is about the welfare of his kids.
I feel really sorry for this guy’s kids. His wife should divorce him, sue for sole custody of their kids and get whatever little money they have.
