Gym closes at 5 on Weds so I am going to try and go after work for an extra workout since I won’t be able to go on Thursday.

the nh does in fact stand for New Hampshire. I am really getting bigger in my chest as my fat guy xxl t shirts are no longer tight in the gut but in the shoulders and chest.

Since no one seemed interested in my training log with comments or anything I am going to continue to post my training starting next Monday after these dang holidays are over. Incidentally I did 285 on two board press last night. I had to find someone to lift for me. I really need a training partner.
