When I had major sleep issues this was the protocol that worked wonders for getting to sleep and staying asleep without feeling groggy the next day. All purchased from Amazon.
When I wasn’t sleeping much I bought a Quardio blood pressure kit which I understand is a reliable one. Bp was going up and all over the place. Got that confirmed at the dr. When I started melatonin, even though it hasn’t kept me asleep all night…the BP started to drop and is satisfactory for now. I still want it lower to where it normally is. I don’t like fooling with high bp.
I’ve been taking this protocol for the past week. Holy shit…I’ve slept a straight 7-8 hrs each night. I actually feel clear headed and refreshed when I wake up. It’s been a while. That’s is great combo! Thanks for that info.
When T wasn’t helping me sleep I stop taking my AI. If my Estrogen gets too low I get really anxious. I didn’t even bother taking my AI this week. It seems a lot of people are against taking any estrogen blockers with small doses of TRT. Not sure if it’s bro science or actual research, but supposedly higher levels of estrogen have some really good health benefits. Tons of youtube videos about it. It’s pretty trendy to hate AI’s atm. My doctor still loves them though. Good luck on your protocol!
I just had to post this. Not only has this protocol been great for my sleep, but I normally get social anxiety which usually has me feel uneasy around groups of people. Small restaurants, crowded markets, etc…
Lately I’ve been experimenting taking magnesium glycinate about an hour before such a situation. It really helps! Keeps me feeling calm and relaxed. It actually makes it so I can bare the crowded situation. Feels like my blood pressure is lowered, prevents my heart from beating too fast when I’m sitting in a crowded restaurant.
Much less need for taking propranolol before such a situation.
I think youre just naturally an anxious guy, so good that you have a good protocol. Im naturally chill, and shy. But anxiety crept up on me in my 30s and had been my norm until now. I have always enjoyed being around pussy, just not fond of competition. Feeling more comfortable about that now.
