
I have always been sloppy at tracking. After reading Practical Programming by Rippetoe and Kilgore, I was really tempted to get my big lifts down packed. However, I am already in the middle of doing Chaos Theory type training (Diesel Crew). Through out my years of training I have developed a sense of what I can and can not handle.
This is going to be my attempt to combine the two while still obeying the laws of adaptation through periodization. The big lifts are going to be my main objective and new 1rm/5rm attempts are going to be attempted on a biweekly basis as opposed to weekly due to Chaos Theory.
