Starting Point to Goal

I have been in and out of training so many times due to health, injury etc. I started training again after a 3 year lay off, elbow nerve operation, about a month ago.

I am slowly getting back to familiar numbers on squats and deadlifts. I am 30 years old with real low T-levels. Tried a T cream and it was a crock of crap. Tests a week ago came in at total T increased from 8.9 to 9.2 and free T 189 up to 229. This was a direct result of my cortisol coming down a lot. I wasted three months and will be seeing a practitioner regarding injectable TRT.

This is where I am at currently, I am 5’9" currently at about 180lbs and quite a bit of body fat, probably around 20%.
