Iām daily micro dosing Anastrazole. I have a 30ml plastic bottle with a measuring pipette. I put 2 x 1 mg AI tables in the bottle with 25ml of vodka and take 1ml daily = 0.08mg. Just change the maths to suit your needs. Remember to wait at least 10 days to test your blood level as it takes 5 half lives to reach a stable level.
