Starting Daily Anastrozole. I Don't Care What You Say

One more thing - i think some of us are fast aromatizers. I dont know the reasons why, and while I could guess as to why, I don’t want to go down the wrong route of dealing with high E2 symptoms. People always tell me that I would crash my E on anastrazole, but I haven’t, and I have taken up to 3mgs in a week when my symptoms were really bad.

While I could dose everyday, or experiment with dosing more frequently, that’s a different challenge in itself.

Im cool with taking an AI, have no symptoms that I am aware of, and havent been healthier or happier in years without TRT.

I can feel E2 rising within several hours of an injection.

I definitely feel it by the next morning.

On the counterside of being sensitive to E2, I also feel the testosterone start working within a few hours of injection.

Blocked and muted? Oh, were have I seen that one before.

I suggest you lower your e2, buddy.

If anyone is interested in an update I have been getting the best sleep I have gotten since starting TRT. That inherently makes me feel more rested and awake. I feel more even keel, calmer. That’s all I have noticed minus the water loss. Still waiting on my libido and erections to fully awaken.

Nice! I hope those come back for you soon. It took about 1-2 weeks for me after starting the AI.

Is that with an AI or not or what?

That’s with the AI. I actually started .125EOD with injection about a week ago. I’ll get bloodwork done in a few weeks. Really all I can say is that I definitely do not feel worse since starting the AI. The main things I have noticed is better sleep and looking more shredded. But that’s it. The sleep thing could be a culprit for alot of stuff so I’ll be patient and see how this unfolds.

How long since you had irritated nipples? I had them for like the first 4 months of TRT then my body adjusted. My e2 is pushing 70 and I feel great

Alright time for an update. I have been taking .06mg of Arimidex eod along with my injection. Its been about three weeks of this. I can honestly say that I feel very different in a good way. I feel like I have high Test. That’s the only way I can explain it. My dick is working the best it has since my honeymoon phase and my mind is focused and alpha. Sex drive much higher. Solid morning wood.

Now I am not going to count my chickens before they hatch because I know this good feeling with TRT can be fleeting, But I feel like my honeymoon. If things stay like this I will be one happy camper.

Edit: Oh yeah. I also look much better. I have always been muscular but TRT had me carrying around some water. My titties looked not very masculine. Now I look hard as hell. There is a distinct difference.

how are you getting such a low dose of arimidex? dissolving in alcohol i assume? I just recently started doing 0.25mg with MWF injections; i would like to reduce the AI dosage as much as i can, but i cannot physically cut these tablets any smaller. I suppose i could just do the 0.25mg with M&F injections but there’s something to be said about continuity.

I have capsules. So I empty half a .125 capsule into a spoon and take it. I am pretty anal so I like this idea better than taking .125 twice a week. I’d prefer the steady blood levels of E2.

The medication is not evenly distributed throughout the filler material in those capsules. Just FYI.

For all intents and purposes, it can be considered evenly distributed within the capsule. The bigger flaw is that I am eyeballing half the capsule. For my purposes, the level of accuracy falls into an acceptable range by my standards.

Not surprised. Some just need ai, this anti ai nonsense on this forum THE last year is THE most stupid shit ever

Let’s just leave it there as some people need it, some do not. No need to degrade the conversation any further. I have tried a couple different protocols over the past year, mostly without an AI, primarily based on information found on here. So far, i would not say i am dialed in. Will an AI help? I don’t know. But i don’t regret varying my dose and injection protocol without an AI as that would’ve been three variables to chase and may not ever have found anything. So I am at a point now where i feel my T levels are at a point i can live with and will employ a small amount of AI to see if i can fine tune things.
But this hormone game is funny. there was a bit of a screw up last week when i did my bloodwork. I got samples taken at trough on Monday, but the results weren’t published on the labs website as they normally are, so they drew some more blood on friday, which was about 12hrs after my injection.
My Nurse ended up getting results from both tests but my TT was higher on the trough day than what i would’ve thought would be a peak day (29.2 vs 26.6; rane 8.4 - 28.8 nmol/L). The opposite is true for my E2; it was 151 trough and 182 on peak; range <162pmol/L.
As i am/was injecting EOD, the trough and peaks will be relatively small, so this may be attributed to natural variation and test error. But I was somewhat surprised.
But since my E2 hovers around the upper range, we are trying to bring it down slightly, and like dixie i prefer to take the AI every time i inject, i switched from EOD to MWF. I realize this is a difference of .75mg vs .875mg/wk on average but i wanted to keep the dose of the AI as low as possible and quartering the 1mg tab is the smallest i could make it. And i didn’t want to go to twice a week injections.
It’s an experiment; we’ll see what happens in a couple months

No, it really cannot. Speak with a compounding pharmacist yourself if you want.

This axiom is well-enough regarded by the AAS community so that the standard practice, especially with Arimidex, is to dissolve/suspend the capsule contents in a liquid for incremental dosing.

Get over it lol. It’s going to be fine. I understand it’s not perfect enough for a pharmacist or medical professional say it’s perfectly fine.

Dissolving in alcohol is for tablets that need to be split a bunch of times. Like 16 times for a 1mg arimidex tablet for example

You’re the one trying to dose adex down to less than a tenth of a milligram, not me. I didn’t take the time to point out the problem with your method for my own benefit.

Roger that.

This was needed because before that this was pro ai. We had someone on this forum named ksman who said you need 1mg ai per 100mg of testosterone as a standard protocol That was dangerous and f up allot of guys taking them longer to dial in.

Here my opinion. For MOST guys if you inject a reasonable amount of testosterone for replacement, after a couple months your e2 will settle to where your body needs it to be. Key is to wait 2-3 months and wait out the initial symptoms.
