Sounds like something I have experienced before. Try this little trick: Get a thick rubberband, touch all 5 fingers on your hand together, wrap the band around the outsides and open and close for about 5 sets. Do it a few times a day and see if it improves.

If it is what I experienced it is because of a slight imbalance in your forearm muscles.

Sounds like tendonitis to me I had same feeling, almost like my forearm bones were flexing and bending hurt like hell when I used an ez bar, physio told me it was tendonitis

Day 27

Good workout today. Really smashed on my wheels. Strength gains are the most noticible on my squat. Haven’t tried setting new PRs yet. My former 3 rep max is now what I do sets of 10-15 with. I’m a bodybuilder but nonetheless it’s very satisfying to throw around some heavy ass weight (not that bodybuilders are weak by any means). The gains that I’m seeing make me extremely happy. I feel fairly dry and don’t seem to be holding much if any water. My muscles have definitely hardens up and I feel tighter. Good shit thus far

And Kenny, It doesn’t feel like my bones are bending. I really think that my forearm muscles are just fatigued. I did heavy deads on Saturday (no straps and double over hand grip). I had no gripping strength at all after that. Rested on Sunday and then turned around and did back on Monday, which absolutely fried my grip. The pain/soreness is definitely coming from the muscle. Im going to swing by the local supplement shop tomorrow and pick up at tub of just glutamine and see if that helps speed up the muscle recovery. I guess I’ll start doing a little icing and heating as well. If it continues then I guess I’ll be making a visit to my Dr and see what he thinks. I appreciate you guys both chiming in and the advise

Anadrol is the fucking shit. I have never tried combining it with tren, that might be why you dont bloat all that much? Since tren dries you up. I was a freaking waterbaloon on anadrol and it looked awful but I was strong as a bull.

It’s no doubt the tren! I absolutely fucking love this cycle so far and I’m sure I’d run it again in the future. I feel fucking awesome and my muscles are just dry and full. I live in a college town and there is nobody anywhere near the level I’m at. I feel like a monster

Day 28 (4 weeks)

I want to talk about the sides real quick before I talk about today’s workout. I am only getting the sweats when I sleep when I take myod day nap. I live in Utah and it’s already down in the 40’s and 50’s at night so I don’t really sweat when I’m sleeping at night. Just when I take my mid day nap (obviously it’s a little warmer out so imma sweat). The acne I’m getting is maybe a new pimple or two every other day or so. My skin has been very oily though. The insomnia is extremely annoying, just about every night I’ll wake up at 3am and wander around my house before being able to get back in bed. And lastly the aggression, which I think is the most noticeable of the sides. It’s nowhere near what I’d consider “roid rage”. I just get grumpy fairly easily and argue over dumb shit. I mentioned it before but it usually subdues after I get my workout in.

And to the workout… It was one of those days where I just felt huge as fuck and could tell my body has grown. This was confirmed when I got to the gym and a couple of the fellow gym goers came up and complimented me, which in turn fed into my confidence, which then allowed me to fucking annihilate my shoulders. I can only imagine this is what superman feels like. Fucking awesome!

Try a benzoyl peroxide cream I use the 10% benzac ac and it is bloody good shit I have pretty bad bacne when I’m on and the cream gets rid of it after a couple of days

Day 29

Workout was good today. Continuing to see increased size and definition, very visible. Tomorrow will be the last day of the anadrol, and I can honestly say it’s not as bad as certain people made it out to be. Yes I very we’ll know that everybody is different… I just had a quite a few people not reccomend running it with tren, especially at 100mg every day.

I have had no direct sides from it at all. Then again I do take really good care of my body on cycle. For the first time in my life I was stopped in between going to classes and was asked to take a picture with some people. Either I was being fucking trolled really hard or they thought I was a pro or something lol.

The muscle pains I was having in my forearms this week have gone away for the most part. The only thing I did was glutamine and ice and heat. That seemed to do the trick for me. So now that the drol is gone it’s just going to test and tren till the end. Fucking stoked as shit

How bad is the insomnia for you? It’s easily the worst side for me when on tren.

It’s not too bad for me, I think. Or I just handle is pretty good. I usually just wake up once or twice at night and go eat some food and am able to crawl back into bed. The aggression is what I’m seeing the most of

Day 30

Today’s workout was good. I did some legs and cardio today. But this workout was far different than any of the others I’ve had. Regardless of which set, weight, and number of reps I kept feeling out of breath. And I knew that tren did this but I thought I’d have seen it sooner than this. I assumed I got a little lucky and was going to not get that side. HA! Boy was I fucking wrong. I was doing long sets (I think I ended up doing 7 sets of this) with 315. I would do 10 narrow sqats then followed by 10 regular squats and that was one set. And all though my warm up I just felt gassed. And then finally once I was moving some weight it just got worse. I was taking ridiculously long breaks because I just couldn’t catch my breath to save my fucking life. I was all over the place laying on the ground, sitting with hands above head. It was BAD.

Needless to say I did NOT do any cardio afterwards. haha fuck that. It didn’t seem to effect me at while during my lifts but the second I racked the weight I was out of breath. Aside from being extremely out of breath the workout was fantastic.

I’ve never used tren, so take this with a pinch of salt, but here’s something I copied from another board:

Like a lot of you guys, I had problems in the past with Tren making me short of breath and making it difficult to even do low intensity cardio. I even had it impact my lifting. After a heavy set of squats, I would have a tough time catching my breath. A few times, to the point that I got lightheaded and dizzy and had to sit down for several minutes to catch my breath. I even had one episode so bad that I thought I would pass out.

So, in an effort to run Tren again and make use of it’s fat burning recomp abilities and still do cardio, I did my research. Based on what I read on this board and others, the cause of the shortness of breath was pulmonary constriction brought on by by a pseudo-allergic reaction that releases prostaglandins.

And finally, how to combat the release of prostaglandins? Simple. Newly OTC nasal allergy spray Nasacort. It blocks the prostaglandins that cause the inflammation that cause the shortness of breath. 2 shots up each nostril for the first few days, then 1 shot in each after that. All problems solved.

I’m 3 weeks in to 150mg of Tren Ace daily, and I’m rocking the cardio daily. Even LISS cardio used to be almost impossible for me on way less Tren. Now, I’m making daily progress on my cardio. The incline is up to 10.5, and speed is up to 3.5 mph just to hit my lower target heart rate of 120bpm. I’ve even thrown in a few days of HIIT sprints just to change it up. No problem. Can run and sprint dead out without feeling like my chest is going to collapse and my head is going to explode.

Oh, and no more Tren cough anymore, either.

I understand skepticism guys. If you don’t believe me, I challenge u to go out and spend $11 on a bottle of Nasacort and give it a try. Even if it doesn’t work for u like it has for me, what did u lose? 11 dollars? Bet most of you have wasted way more than that on bunk gear, bunk peptides, and bunk research chems many times over the years. Give it a shot guys. You don’t know if you don’t try. [/i]
