The strength as well as the definition is what is shocking me the most at this point. I can hit weights that i normally could only do 3-4 reps with for 10-12 reps. every single day is completely different with different experiences. the only thing im struggling with is food intake… i am hungry all the damn time. ive been doing a few extra cheat meals here and there to satisfy the hunger, nothing horrible usually just subway or Cafe Rio. i am visibly able to look in the mirror and compare pics to day 1 and see the difference. vascularity is also increasing each day as well.

I felt pretty shitty today. I though for sure it’d be “one of those days” and yet again the gear suprised me and told my body I wasn’t allowed to be a puss today. I’m getting leaner and I’m really struggling to keep up with all the damn eating. I seriously feel like I can smash a couple of XL pizzas a day and still continue to get leaner. If anyone has any experience with a cycle like mine please throw some nutrition advise my way… Anyways, My shoulders and back are noticible wider. Strength comtinues to increase. Really pleased with how things are coming along
It’s very controllable! Every now and then I’ll get into a heated argument with my wife. It’s it nothing that I would ever let get out of hand. I honestly see most of it during my workout.
Every day I find I can push my body farther to farther. The workouts just keep getting better as well. Very happy with how things are going. Very noticeable gains. I can see where I have more mass in certain areas. Not really holding much water weight. I feel fairly dry even though I go through almost 4 gallons of water a day. This really is the cycle if you want to feel like the hulk or superman.
Wow you sure gained some weight real quick. I am assuming that was all from the oral you are running correct? The tren e and test take a couple weeks to kick in. From what I’ve read. So would that mean the sides you are experiencing and weight you’ve gained are from that oral? Man I would imagine your gonna blow up when the tren and test kick in.
You wouldn’t happen to have any measurements? I am the same height but like 40 lbs lighter then you so it would be an interesting comparison for me.
Sides: night sweats (usually it’s not bad if I have a fan on me and the window cracked, I live in Utah so it’s already somewhat chilly which helps), insomnia, and aggression.
Arm day today and I killed it. The pump was unreal! I know guys joke about having such a pump that their skin might split… Well I’m here to testify to you that if I did another fucking curl the skin on my bicep would of split. Love that I’m able to push my body so far. I’ve been having some slight joint pain. I take in the neighborhood of 10,000mg of fish oil and then some glucosamine on top of that. Seems to help somewhat.
And for your question Arod. A good chunk of that weight was from the drol yes. I’ve found that 100mg seems to be a pretty sweet spot for me. I’m very happy with how the drol kicked things off. As far as measurements I don’t have any but I will get them done when I go to the gym tomorrow and get those to you.
Thanks I appreciate it. So what are your goals? Are you in it for the strength gains or bodybuilding. You look pretty solid. If you leaned out I could see you doing well. I noticed in your first post you mentioned being 11 % body fat. Just out of curiosity how did you measure that.
I’m in it for a little bit of both I suppose. I’d love to get into bodybuilding comps but don’t know where to start. As far as the body fat, the golds I train at has a bf% calculator. Not the most accurate reading I know but it’s the only thing around to use.
I feel like making the decision to do one is where you should start. If I did one I would talk to a diet coach preferably someone who has had success as a bodybuilding competitor. I would ask him how long in my current condition it would take me to get stage ready and I would find a show that would fit that timeline and then I would start. Its definitely something to consider. It kind of gives training more purpose when you have that goal of winning to reach for.

Feeling pretty invincible… My gym trips are nearly doubling in length. I’m able to just keep going and it feels like I can go for forever. I’m having big leaps in strength. I am experiencing some slight stomache pain at times. I’ve also been having bad gas. I waited a couple days before mentioning it here due to it possibly being my food but I’m fairly certain it isn’t. Anyone have any insight?
Arod, I’ll really look into it. I live only 2 hours from Vegas so I know there are decent coaches around… I totally spaced on getting those measurements for you today also. I’ll get them done hopefully on Monday!
good workout today. i feel bigger and stronger each day. everything is going smoothly. i have some extra anadrol (maybe a couple days worth) and im supposed to be done with it at the end of this week (week 4) but ill just go till im out of it. i have noticed that ive become slightly more irritable at times. ill get these weird moods and itll just fuck with my day a bit, just become short with people and i guess to an extent rude. usually subdues after i get my workout in and then im a happy camper for the rest of the day. still eating my fucking heart out too, ive also been waking up 2-3 times a night starving.

Good workout today. I can visibly see certain muscle groups that have significantly grown. I am experiencing weird pains in my forearms, I would compare it to shin splints but obviously in my arms. Never experienced that before. It’s a bitch to push through it. I honestly don’t notice my sides except for the sweating all the damn time. I only notice the aggression when my wife points out to me that I’m being a dick. Throughout the cycle thus far I haven’t experienced any muscle soreness until the past couple days (mainly my back, but there are other muscle groups). I would hammer the shit out of myself and literally not feel a thing the next day. Now I’ve been really feeling it for the past few days. I can only assume that it’s due to the continuing increase in my work load and capacity. Aside from the aches and pains things are going good and I’m happy with how things are going. Still not having any issues with sex or libedo. It takes my slightly longer to bust a nut than usual but I’m not having any problems getting the hammer up and hard
Just as I suspected…your way bigger then me haha. You def have some size you could probably do well at a show. Its too bad you don’t have pre cycle measurements. It would be cool to compare the two.
