So im goin for it. Im starting Joel’s diet. In case you havent heard of it just search it on amazon and you can see the details of his book. Joel also makes alot of posts here on the forums. Anyway today was my first day of the diet and I made it my binge day since ive been on a low carb diet for a while. I will post my daily food intake and any results I notice. Well heres what I ate today lol enjoy.
- 3 bowls Kix cereal with milk
- Package of Cookies
- Slice of pizza
- Beef burrito with sour cream, salsa, etc…
- Bowl of mint ice cream
- Drumstick ice cream cone
- Personal size bag of chips
- Personal size bag of popcorn
- 2 Pound Lobster
- Cup of Clam Chowder
And wow today was an amazing day after not eating these foods for a while. Tomorrow is my low carb day and I will be working out like a nut. Pce
