Good luck dude. You have a good base to start with and it sounds like you are ready to eat the amount needed to get there. It might be as simple as adding a smoothie somewhere along the way to jack up another 500 cals a day.
I know where you are coming from saying you went from 140 to 160 and still were skinny. It’ll be that way at 170…180… and so on. Once you get bit by the bug, nothing seems big enough.
