Why did you chose Testosterone Propionate and not either Enanthate or Cypionate?
How often do you intend to pin Propionate per week?
Had you used Propionate for your previous cycles?
I can speak from experience saying that this number is probably innacurate, but assuming 13% is accurate, you would still need to lose 18 lbs to get to 5% BF, and gain 10-15lbs of muscle within 23-24 weeks…
I’m not trying to discourage you, but this timeframe is completely unsustainable and unlikely. Even geared, advanced lifters (assuming you’re near genetic limit) you’re not going to gain more than .5lb per week of muscle. As for leaning down to those low BF% numbers, it’s rarely advised to cut more than 1lb/week because atrophy.

I truly don’t mean to discourage you, and I hope my response doesn’t. I just think you are risking your health for something you aren’t set up to do your best at. I sincerely recommend cutting down and regaining strength while natty, and only then consider going the AAS route.

1st cycle was test w pinned 2x week.
Retained alotta water but then again coulda been deca.
2nd cycle was prop. Pinned EOD which I plan on doing this cycle. I take each injectable compound and divide weekly dose by 3.5 7/2=3.5) mix in pin, and inject EOD. I found that smaller, more frequent injections lead to better feeling vs larger doses pinned less often.
You’re totally right. I was typing gain 5-10lbs of muscle, but know the reputation of what superdrol can do.
I agree- the 5-10lbs goal is more realistic.
I could wait a tad longer, give me more recovery time post op, and cut it to 16 weeks. I’ll gauge that as we get closer for sure. I even still have a little bruising still from the lipo.
We’re still 30+ days from projected start so I have some time to adjust as needed.

It’s like super anadrol without water retention. More toxic too. The strongest oral out there, aside from maybe mtren.
Lol I wrote that it was measured by a bod pod. Not myself. If you don’t know what a bod pod is, I would suggest looking into it. Same as superdrol.

IMO, you are about to take more AAS’s than you can effectively use. But I understand the “more is better” philosophy.
For the contest you should consider using clenbuterol, but your body down regulates quickly on clen. Maybe start 3 weeks out.

I’ve never tried clen but heard you can really fuck your shit up if you mess up dosage.
Once I used clen, I never competed without it. It was really good at losing that last little bit of fat (especially when you weigh over 200lbs). I haven’t competed since the 1990’s. I cannot remember the dose, but I think Hank (the Tank) could add some clarity.

You were quite lean, better than most for sure. Are these pictures current?
It is a long road to get that lean, AAS or not. And doing so in the timeframe you want seems reasonable, just not with the additional goal of trying to build muscle in that span of time. I believe you are going to be sacrificing muscle to achieve 5%, which isn’t going to get you where you want to go. I don’t want to be a broken record, but this timeframe is quite short to do both a full bulking and cutting (to contest prep) phase. Is there a particular reason this show has to be the one? I think you would do better with a show a little farther out so you have time to rebound, bulk, then cut properly without risking injury or atrophy.
I don’t have advice to give regarding different dosages other than just pushing more test and dropping sdrol for health reasons. Also, winny might feel like complete shit with the joint pain if coupled with joint surgery (if that’s what type of surgery you had), just a heads up.
Clen isn’t too bad, not great for the heart - but neither is anything else you’re trying to take anyways so
. It won’t do much, most estimate around +10% fat loss.
FYI: the bod pod is much less accurate for very lean individuals, so 5% is probably inaccurate, but that is a moot point. I don’t know if shooting for hard target BF% is the best move (in terms of strategy), but you know you better than I do.
Superdrol is basically chemically the exact same as masteron, but oral. It performs more like an anadrol, without any water retention. Non aramotising, however very toxic.
If July 23rd is fixed and cannot be a contest sometime later, this is what I would do:
Drop the adex altogether.
My assumption is that you can hit the weights 100% today.

Gyno survey itself is a cake- I won’t lie and say the recovery is painless. I would give myself another week before I start trying to lift heavy again. Really just doing cardio and some light db movements
I agree on the adex, and if need be take it .5 eod. I was a tad aggressive on the estrogen.
