No specific reason , i think i just learnt it that way

Try moving the bar a bit lower down your back. Also try hard to avoid cocking your wrists back like that. It’s a recipe for painful elbows down the track.

I would try starting each set from the rack position and returning there for each rep, like I do here

Once the weight gets heavy, trying to pause it and unrack it from that height is going to get dicey.

Umm , it looks a bit confusing , i have a lot of questions about it

And also SL 5x5 was my go to program mainly because of its app which makes the workout very easy because it calculates everything

There are tons of online spreadsheets for 531… I’m sure they have apps too.

It’s not bad.

The pad makes the bar wobble more, so consider ditching it. Makes life harder for you.

Open your groin to go down and come up.

Okay , will keep that in mind

Have tried many times to do it without the bar pad , but it causes discomfort and my mind is entirely there and i spoil the workout at hand
